Job Title: Winter Sports School Sales Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Winter Sports School Sales Supervisor at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales staff, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer engagement
  • Provide training and coaching to sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles
