Fernie, Canada Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Full time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Supervisor to join our team at Fernie Alpine Resort. As a key member of our Winter Sports School team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Provide guidance and support to sales staff, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • General: Provide exceptional front-facing customer service, create an atmosphere of relationship building, and communicate with guests to find the best program for them.
  • POS: Assist with lesson sales, cash handling, and reconciliations, as well as sales outlets that sell Winter Sports School products.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • POS system and cash handling/reconciliation experience.
  • Excellent computer skills, on various Sales POS systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role an asset.
