Job Summary

RGZ Cambridge Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Scheduler to oversee the coordination of subcontractors' activities and ensure the successful completion of construction projects.

About the Role
  • We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to manage daily operations, prepare and submit budget estimates, and plan schedules and milestones.
  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, with a strong background in quality control and data analysis.
  • This permanent position offers a competitive salary of $ 85,000 per annum, working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate subcontractors' activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Evaluate daily operations and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
  3. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates and monitor progress.
  4. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project coordination.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
