About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior B2B Marketing Strategist to join our team at Targeted Talent. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Design and execute marketing plans to build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales in North America. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Lead Generation and Conversion

Develop and implement efficient lead generation strategies to target key customer segments. Utilize marketing automation, content, web, social, events, and other channels to attract and convert quality leads.

Brand Management and Development

Ensure consistent branding, marketing initiatives, and standards across all channels. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to differentiate and position our brands and products within the industry.

Partnerships and Collaborations

Partner with sales, cross-functional teams, and external partners to build and activate go-to-market strategies and sales enablement for new and existing products. Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute marketing strategies.

Analytics and Performance Monitoring

Track, evaluate, and report key performance indicators to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market, identifying needs for new products and services, and making recommendations to leadership.

Customer Feedback and Insights

Collect and compile customer feedback in an easily reviewed and understood format for review by company management and leadership.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.

Experience

5-7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation. Proven track record of building successful B2B brands and driving business growth.

Skills and Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with lean resources. Experience with marketing automation, lead generation principles, and analytics is an asset.
