Program Manager, Mental Health

Sienna Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Program Manager to lead our mental health programs in our long-term care community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care pathways that support residents with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement mental health programs that align with Sienna's mission and values
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident care and make adjustments as needed
  • Design and implement measurement-based program plans to evaluate effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse, Advanced Practice Nursing, or Regulated Health Professional in a relevant field
  • 5 years of clinical experience working with clients with mental health and addiction issues
  • Experience in program development and implementation using evidence-based practices
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
