Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Program Director, Mental Health Services to join our team at Sienna Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing mental health programs that meet the unique needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development and Implementation:
    • Develop and implement mental health programs that align with our organization's mission and values
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement program components
  • Consultation and Assessment:
    • Provide consultation and assessment services to residents and their families
    • Develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Evaluation and Quality Improvement:
    • Develop and implement measurement-based program plans
    • Conduct regular evaluations to ensure program effectiveness
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with leadership and team members to ensure program alignment with organizational goals
Requirements
  • Education and Experience:
    • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. nursing, psychology, social work)
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in mental health services, including program development and implementation
  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong leadership and program development skills
