  • Classify and organize documents.
  • Scan and digitize documents.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Working Conditions:

Monday to Friday, 30-37.5 hours per week. Parking available on site.
