Job Brief

The Civil Law Legal Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of our mandates. This position requires a proactive, constructive, and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative and legal support.

Missions and Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
  • Manage files effectively, preparing and refining legal documents, and reviewing correspondence for grammatical accuracy.
  • Organize document filing, both physical and digital, and perform various administrative tasks, such as time entry, invoicing, and expense management.
Desired Profile

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal assistant with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken, as well as mastery of the Office suite and Aliform software.
