Job BriefThe Civil Law Legal Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of our mandates. This position requires a proactive, constructive, and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative and legal support.
Key Responsibilities- Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- Manage files, prepare legal procedures, and formulate documents, including complaints, requests, and other legal documents.
- Review and refine documents, ensuring grammatical accuracy and adherence to our firm's standards.
- Organize document filing, both physical and digital, and perform various administrative tasks, such as time entry, invoicing, and expense management.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a legal assistant or equivalent.
- Mastery of terminology, legal rules, and procedures, as well as Aliform software.
- Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
- Complete mastery of the Office suite.
