Job Title: Civil Law Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Civil Law Legal Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support to our lawyers, ensuring the smooth execution of our mandates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law
  • Manage files and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare legal documents and procedures
  • Review and refine legal documents for grammatical accuracy
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including time entry and invoicing
Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of experience as a legal assistant or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Aliform software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken
