Job BriefThe Civil Law Legal Assistant plays a vital role in supporting our lawyers and contributing to the success of our mandates. This position requires a proactive, constructive, and collaborative approach, with a focus on delivering high-quality administrative and legal support.
Missions and Responsibilities- Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
- Effectively manage files, prepare legal procedures, and formulate documents.
- Review and refine legal documents, ensuring grammatical accuracy and consistency.
- Organize document filing, both physical and digital, and perform various administrative tasks.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal assistant with a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken, as well as mastery of Aliform software and the Office suite.
