Sales and Marketing Director

Cascade Powersports Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Promotional Materials: Create engaging promotional materials, such as brochures, reports, and newsletters, to showcase our products and services.
- Plan and Control Budget: Plan and control the budget and expenditures for marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Lead Advertising Campaigns: Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of firms and departments that develop and implement advertising campaigns to promote the sales of our products and services.
- Advise Clients: Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies to help them achieve their marketing goals.
- Coordinate Events: Coordinate special publicity events and promotions to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Conduct Surveys: Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Media Relations: Initiate and maintain contact with the media to promote our products and services.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
