Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Director to lead our team at Lordco Auto Parts. As a Store Director, you will be responsible for building, guiding, and developing an engaged team to deliver high levels of customer service and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Build and maintain a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer needs are met and the service provided by the team is friendly, efficient, and accurate.
- Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures to maximize sales and profitability.
- Business Development: Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
- Merchandising: Ensure that all products and displays in the store are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability.
- Communication: Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on store initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the auto parts retail business, with management experience required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Results-Oriented: Ability to produce results while maintaining a positive team environment and promoting company culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities at once.

- Competitive Compensation: Pay range $70k - $95k/annually, based on store performance & sales growth.
