About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Director. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Driving Sales Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and drive revenue growth in the store
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Leading a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve performance and achieve goals
- Managing Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- Ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, and that all policies and procedures are followed
- Analyzing and Improving Store Performance
- Monitor and analyze store performance data to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement plans to improve store performance, including strategies to increase sales and reduce costs
Requirements
To be successful as a Store Director at Winners, you will need:
- Post-Secondary Education
- A degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred
- Management Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, including experience in merchandising, inventory management, and customer service
- Leadership Skills
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals
- Communication Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders
