About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services, including the creation of promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and public relations initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing marketing strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
