About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our Partner Operations Global Care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our partners and vendors, resolving customer issues and helping them find value in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, telephone, and live chat, escalating issues to internal stakeholders as needed
  • Track and follow up on outstanding issues, keeping stakeholders informed of their status
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships through effective communication
  • Report trending issues and make recommendations to update internal knowledge bases
Requirements
  • 3+ years of contact center experience, preferably in an email/chat/phone environment
  • High level of comfort with technology and troubleshooting complex situations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Proactive attitude and ability to quickly grasp new concepts
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
