Job Title: Senior Specialist, Customer Assurance

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist, Customer Assurance to join our team at HootSuite Media, Inc. and contribute to the development and execution of a comprehensive program to effectively manage security and privacy review requests from our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Global New Business (GNB) and Customer & Expansion (C&E) teams by addressing security and privacy review requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security and privacy protocols
  • Provide expert guidance on security and privacy best practices to internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in security and privacy management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
