Aerospace Customer Support Expert

Safran Landing Systems is committed to excellence in the aerospace industry, and we are seeking a skilled Aerospace Customer Support Expert to join our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely support to customers in relation to spares pricing, availability, order status, and credit requests. This includes managing customer purchase orders from intake to shipment, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours regarding spares, pricing, availability, and order status
- Manage customer purchase orders from intake to shipment, including manual ordering when necessary
- Liaise with logistics, commercial, credit control, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless order processing
- Problem-solving skills to identify blockers in systems and tools
- Closely coordinate with direct management and teams to prioritize daily tasks and optimize the ordering process
- Daily management of Aircraft on Ground (AOG) activity, supporting urgent customer requests according to AOG rules
- Participate in reviews and meetings as required
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Front office customer services/account experience, preferably in an aerospace environment
- Proficiency in SAP
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong teamwork sense
- Priority management skills
- Bilingualism (Portuguese/English, Spanish/English, French/English) preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts, weekdays 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7 pm, and support the CSC team's AOG schedule on weekends
- Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements
