Job Summary

INDIAN ZAIKA is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Operations: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 32.5 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
