Main Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Process and maintain various records, including service requests, to support Bylaw Services operations.
- Prepare correspondence, invoices, and reports as required, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with License and Bylaw Enforcement Officers to share case information and provide support.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of bylaws, procedures, and policies, with the ability to research and apply this knowledge as needed.
