**Overview**

Come grow with Mike Geric Construction This position will be working closely with the CEO, CFO and COO while also working as an an integral coordinator throughout the entire Mike Geric Construction office, the Administrative Executive Assistant and Receptionist integral to supporting the success of our office and administration. You will become a vital part of Mike Geric Construction's day-to-day business development as well as serve a client-focus.

**Position Summary**
You will provide full and confidential administrative support to a team of senior partners and manager. This will include, but is not limited to:

- Proactive and independent management of executive calendars and schedules.
- Provide high-quality client interactions.
- Develop your knowledge of the construction and development business as well as the companies practices, policies and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, video conferences, net meetings, and events pertaining to a function or sub-function, etc., organize materials and take minutes.
- Assist on special projects and activities that support the organization’s strategic goals and direction.
- Act as main point of contact, proactively addressing questions and queries.
- Coordinate, prepare, edit and/or proofread documents such as correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Respond independently to basic enquiries and escalate complex client enquiries to appropriate parties based on knowledge of practice/structure and work process.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- College diploma or an equivalent combination of education/experience in administrative assistant skill set.
- Proven ability to prioritize and adapt to changing demands and deadlines, and ability to deal with sensitive materials with a high degree of tact and discretion.
- Experience managing calendars and/or scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading, suggesting alternatives and making modifications.
- Discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Proactive and anticipative approach to understanding your team’s needs, and confidence to ask questions.
- Ability to work with MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is a definite asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
