Job Description

PacWest is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an integral part of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to the highest standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar position. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
