The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience and location.

Job Overview

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar field and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar field.
