About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Support Professional to join our team at Carvolth Dentistry.

This is a permanent full-time position, with an estimated 35-40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be reliable and organized, and possess efficient communication skills.

About the Job

The primary responsibilities of this role include greeting patients, directing them to contacts or service areas, and obtaining and processing information required to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Operate Switchboard or Telephone System: Operate switchboard or telephone system to relay information and answer calls.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments in accordance with office policies.
  • Maintain Work Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and billing information.
About the Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, including experience with electronic medical records. Additionally, they must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
