Job DescriptionJob Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our restaurant staff, including supervising food preparation, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and waste to inform inventory management decisions.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to uphold high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules to meet business needs while balancing employee workload and well-being.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in restaurant operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
