Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at 1980827 Alberta Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our office, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
  • Office Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administrative Procedures: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
