Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Symbiosis Development Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Data Management: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Supervision: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, supervising a team of 3-4 people.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a large workload.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
