Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Symbiosis Development Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and attention to detail.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30 to 35 hours per week work schedule. The work environment is fast-paced, and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

Language

The primary language of work is English.
