Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 1995741 Alberta Ltd. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and ability to work under pressure.
