Customer Service Representative

GoodLeaf Farms is a pioneering Canadian company at the forefront of innovation in agriculture. We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team, contributing to our mission of growing food security for communities across Canada.
About the RoleThis role is a vital part of our Customer Supply Chain Team, responsible for managing customer relationships and executing the order-to-delivery process. As a key point of contact, you will work closely with cross-functional peers to ensure seamless delivery of products to our customers.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French, and be able to develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers. A post-secondary education and minimum three years' experience in customer-focused support roles, preferably in agriculture- or horticulture-based operations in Canada, are required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage orders from receipt of customer PO until shipment.
- Review customer POs for accuracy of sku's, pricing, delivery details, and dates.
- Facilitate the New Customer set-up process with the support of the Sales team.
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate with Freight companies and Logistics Manager to establish new freight lanes/ delivery locations.
- Post-secondary education, with a minimum of three years' experience in customer-focused support roles.
- Excellent ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal (English & French).
- Bilingual English & French Required.

Location and Work EnvironmentThis role is based in Guelph, ON, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 50-60% office presence per week. Flexibility to address urgent matters after hours or on weekends is also required.
Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 and $75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
