Business Development Manager for Recycled Plastics

A career-defining opportunity has arisen at a pioneering company in the expanded plastics industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening relationships with clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Promote products and services related to recycled plastics, particularly polypropylene, to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale and purchase in accordance with company standards.
- Use and keep CRM tools up to date to ensure rigorous tracking of client interactions and sales.
- Experience in sales in the recycled plastics sector.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of CRM software (an asset).
- Communication skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Client-oriented and able to establish trust-based relationships.
- Autonomy and sense of initiative.
- Collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team.
- $90,000 per year, depending on experience, with commissions or bonuses to be discussed.
- Permanent, full-time position: 40 hours per week.
- Hybrid schedule offering flexibility between office and remote work.
