Senior Business Development Manager for Recycled Plastics

Are you a sales professional looking to leverage your skills in the recycled plastics sector? We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team at Recruit Action.
About the RoleThis strategic position involves developing and executing a business development strategy, leading the sales team, and ensuring that strategic objectives are met. You will be responsible for promoting products and services related to recycled plastics, negotiating contracts and terms of sale and purchase, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients and suppliers.
What You Will Need to Succeed- Experience in sales in the recycled plastics sector.
- Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written) to support clients in both languages.
- Valid driver's license.
- Knowledge of CRM software (an asset).
You must be client-oriented and able to establish trust-based relationships, have autonomy and a sense of initiative, excellent communication skills, advanced negotiation skills, and a collaborative spirit and ability to work in a team.
