Food Service Manager

At Stacked Pancake House, we are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service in our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and presentation
- Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs to ensure optimal inventory management
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Prepare and submit reports to management
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure presentation quality
- Establish work schedules to meet business needs
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
