Food Service Manager

Join BarBurrito as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow with the team.
