Food Service Manager

Join BarBurrito as a Food Service Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports, maintaining accurate records and providing insights to management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Client focus, flexibility, and team player skills.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- English language of work.
