Food Service Manager

At Stacked Pancake House, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Communication: Prepare and submit reports, prepare food order summaries for the chef, and maintain effective communication with the team.
- Knowledge and Skills: Have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres, supervise and check assembly of trays, and establish work schedules.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Restaurant environment with fast-paced work conditions and physical capabilities.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
