About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting data to identify areas for improvement within our IT infrastructure, developing and implementing strategic blueprints for database deployment, and liaising with staff on data requirements and availability.

Main Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect data to identify areas for improvement within our organization's IT infrastructure.
  • Database Deployment: Develop and implement a strategic blueprint to follow when deploying databases within our organization.
  • Data Liaison: Liaise with staff on data requirements, collection, and availability.
  • Database Administration: Test data models and database management systems, operate database management systems to analyze data, develop and implement data administration policy, standards, and models, research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy, and data access rules.
Requirements
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficiency in MySQL, database software, MS Office, MS Windows, and SQL.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong organizational skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work Environment
