Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ethics and Compliance Business Partner to join our team in Canada. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with leadership to drive a culture of integrity and ensure compliance with global and regional policies, regulations, and standards.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering strategic business partnership to ensure VALUE for patients is realized in an effective, efficient, and sustainable manner.
  • Maintaining, enhancing, and continuously improving the Compliance Department in the Affiliate(s) through implementation of global compliance programs.
  • Providing advice and solutions to internal clients in accordance with the Company's high ethical and compliance standards.
  • Identifying emerging risks and providing insights and feedback to Lead BP, GET, Risk SMEs, and other members of E&C to ensure appropriate risk mitigation efforts can be co-created and deployed effectively.
