Ethics and Compliance Business Partner, Canada

As an Ethics and Compliance Business Partner in Canada, you will play a critical role in driving integrity and value within our organization. This strategic partnership role requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry codes, as well as excellent program and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strategic business partnership to ensure effective, efficient, and sustainable compliance programs.
- Maintain, enhance, and continuously improve the Compliance Department in the Affiliate(s) through implementation of global compliance programs.
- Partner with leadership to drive a culture of integrity through ethical decision-making frameworks.
- Identify and respond to compliance inquiries and provide advice and solutions to internal clients.
- Identify emerging risks and proactively provide insights and feedback to Lead BP, GET, Risk SMEs, and other members of E&C.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a regulatory area (e.g. compliance, finance, quality) within the life sciences industry.
- Significant program and project management expertise.
- Strong expertise in compliance with law, regulations, and industry codes relevant to a highly regulated industry.
