Senior DEIB Talent Attraction Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our efforts in attracting and retaining diverse talent, fostering a culture of equity, inclusion, and belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain diverse talent, ensuring alignment with our organizational values and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver inclusive recruitment processes, ensuring equal access to opportunities for all candidates.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on DEIB best practices, unconscious bias mitigation, and inclusive hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse communities, academic institutions, and professional organizations to source top talent.
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of our DEIB initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on DEIB.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of DEIB principles, best practices, and legislative requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Salary Range: $73,920 - $110,880

Please note that the salary range is a guide, and the final compensation offered may vary based on a variety of factors, including bonuses and/or incentives, or a candidate's skills and experience.
