Position Overview

InfinityEdge Solutions is seeking a dedicated Recruitment Officer to enhance our hiring processes and ensure we attract top talent.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing needs
  • Create and disseminate job postings and advertisements
  • Screen and evaluate applicants
  • Provide guidance to candidates regarding employment prerequisites and conditions
  • Review and manage candidate databases
  • Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews
  • Recruit graduates from various educational institutions
  • Facilitate and participate in selection committees to assess candidates
  • Inform candidates about the outcomes of the selection process and extend job offers
  • Advise management and staff on recruitment policies and practices
  • Coordinate staff consultations and grievance procedures
  • Mediate resolutions for appeals and disputes, and manage the termination process
  • Evaluate eligibility for benefits and organize staff training sessions
  • Oversee personnel clerks in their filing, typing, and record-keeping tasks
