Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at HLT Construction Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences
- Employee Relations and Engagement
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture
- Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement
- HR Administration and Compliance
- Administer HR systems, including payroll, benefits, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Support for Diverse Groups
- Develop and implement strategies to support the recruitment and retention of diverse talent, including newcomers and refugees
- Collaborate with community organizations to promote diversity and inclusion
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
