Position Overview: The Community Engagement Specialist will be instrumental in generating new client leads and developing relationships within the community. This role requires a proactive individual with outstanding communication abilities, a passion for senior care, and the capacity to work autonomously while collaborating with our internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Design and execute strategies to identify and attract potential clients for Senior Helpers' in-home care services.
- Establish partnerships with local health facilities, senior living communities, and healthcare providers to create referral networks and stimulate new business.
- Participate in community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities to promote our services and build connections.
Relationship Development:
- Build and sustain strong relationships with community stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and senior service organizations.
- Inform the community about the advantages of in-home senior care and the services provided by Senior Helpers.
- Serve as a liaison between the organization and the community, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Administrative and Reporting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation and community engagement initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and strategies to enhance outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior care, home health, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in community outreach, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse populations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
