About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Room Attendant to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Restock and replenish linens, towels, and other supplies as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective room cleaning and maintenance
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or customer service experience an asset
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
