About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and disinfect guest rooms, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Laundry and Linen: Sort, wash, dry, and fold laundry, as well as restock linen closets with clean linens.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to detail to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and bending, as well as lifting and carrying heavy objects.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
