Job Title: Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites West Edmonton.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained
  • Restock linens, toiletries, and other amenities as needed
  • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
