Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at V Eatery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Job Summary:
  • Plan and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and maintenance of equipment.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare menus that are creative, delicious, and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working order and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Work closely with our management team to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
