Job Title: Executive Chef

V Eatery is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our culinary vision.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to prepare and cook high-quality meals.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of Vietnamese cuisine and ability to create menus that showcase this cuisine.
Work Environment:

V Eatery is a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant environment. As an Executive Chef, you will be required to work in a physically demanding environment and be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
