Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the needs of our guests.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet our menu demands.
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent position with 33 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
