Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters- Georgetown, ON. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items to high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
